In the romantic world, there are ways and means to attract the opposite sex, even women have developed good pick up lines. Some degree of assertiveness will have to go with the words that are said, which are intended to get the attention of a woman.  Yes, there should be aggression in some sense or it will not work.

Have you ever felt attracted to someone of the opposite sex and found yourself at a loss for words?  There have been movies or television shows that focus on pick up lines.  Isn’t it funny when they are used at the wrong time or place?  Like a line that would offer to give a lady a ride home on a motorcycle when she’s wearing a formal evening gown.  That’s real bad timing!

“I’m going to have sex with you tonight, so… you might as well be there”

Good pick up lines work best when the timing is right.  The pickup line “haven’t we met somewhere?” could be timed right if you’ve already noticed that person is alone with no obvious acquaintances around.  Of course don’t just cross-over and say that.  You have to get the ‘feel’ of that man or woman.  Your eyes must have crossed-path a couple of times or more.

“I’ll cook you dinner if you cook me breakfast”

There is something we call ‘same brainwaves’ where there is that feeling that you are looking when she’s not and she’s looking at you when you’re not.  It’s something that you both could see from the corner of your eye.

If you’re in a place with a lot people beside you, don’t immediately jump to the conclusion that she is always looking at you.  Telling her that you’ve noticed her looking at you – when it was not you she was looking at – might just be the most embarrassing highlight of your night.

When learning good pick up lines, take note of how it should be used.  Worse yet is to memorize them and say them like they are memorized.  Once you memorize many good lines, there is a tendency to mix them up!  That will definitely happen when you’re excited and anticipating a situation.  A pick up might just turn to an embarrassing moment.

“Do you believe in love at first sight or should I walk by you again?”

Try to create or imagine possible scenarios where you can use pick up lines.  It will help better in delivering it in the most natural way.  To make a scenario more realistic, have a friend whom you can practice good pick up lines on.  Friends can tell if you are acting differently or not when you say those words.  You’ll be amazed at how it really works and friends can feel your sincerity.  Yes, they know you so they know if what you’re saying feels genuine or not!

“Hi, I’m Mr Right…. Someone said you were looking for me”

Good pick up lines will be more difficult for first-timers.  The tendency is to memorize them, deliver them awkwardly and lose the purpose of the whole thing.  If they’re looking for a long term relationship, the more difficult it will be.  Pick up lines are used most of the time by those who would just want a good time & one night stand. There are some long term relationships that started off with a pick up line but you can count the number of times this has happened to someone you know on the fingers of one hand.

“Hey I just realized this, but you look a lot like… my next girlfriend”
